Compounding

Here at Harrold's Pharmacy we realize that every patient is different and commercially available "one size fits all medications" or "off the shelf medications" are not always the answer. The most important benefit compounding offers is for those patients who may have difficulty taking or responding to "one size fits all medications". Some people are allergic or sensitive to preservatives and dyes, others may have a hard time swallowing a pill, or react adversely to a medicine's taste. Working with our patients and their physicians, and using modern technology along with innovative compounding techniques we can prepare medications in one of several unique delivery systems that are not generally available from pharmaceuticals companies.
